Wi-Fi is not connecting

Visual Land Prestige Elite 7Q is a 7" Tablet with a quad-core processor, 8GB of memory, and comes with Android 4.4 (KitKat).

I've done everything from resett8ng to forgetting and power on and off. It's not connecting to Wi-Fi.

Options

There may be a problem with your broadband. Try contacting your internet provider. If not you may need a new wifi antenna.
