What signal strength are you getting ? Are you connected to wifi? Could it just be poor service? Have you tried resetting your phone to factory defaults?

The problem is for cellular not WiFi, though cellular signals is poor at good locations and weak at bad locations.

Connect to WiFi doesn’t required at all times for my issue,

Poor service yeah sure, for that I have mentioned taking brand new 4G sim,

Resetting, reformatting and restoring done at multiple times.

The reason why I asked if you are connected to wifi is that if you have wifi calling enabled it will make calls come in and go out better as long as you are connected to wifi.

Sir, Its cellular network problem, and i think there no such option on iOS for wifi calling "enable or diable''.

Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is on.

Restart your iPhone.

Connect to a different Wi-Fi network. Not all Wi-Fi networks work with Wi-Fi Calling.

Turn Wi-Fi Calling off and then on again.

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
