ps3 cech 3001a beeps once then shuts down

I have not had this issue but I am researching it. any lights that blink or anything else that happens?

turn it on beeps once light blinks red shuts off.

sadly theirs nothing you can do you'll have to get a new one this has happend to me twice now.
