A personal laptop produced in June of 2014 by Toshiba. The Toshiba Satellite P55t-A5116 has an Intel Core i5 Processor, 8GB memory, and Intel HD Graphics 4400.

Toshiba Flash Cards are preventing my computer from shutting down. How can I fix it?

What OS is installed in your laptop?
Do you still have any programs open that are using the flash drives when you go to close the laptop down?
Are you running any programs from the flash drive(s)?
What happens if you try to "unmount" the flash drives from the taskbar, does this work OK?
