How to replace a cracked screen?

Hey! I dropped my HP Pavilion 11-n011na x360 and unfortuantely there are two cracks on the screen, I was wondering how I would find the exact replacement screen as I've seen a few different ones and I'm completely clueless when it comes to this type of thing and how I would go about actually replacing the screen, I haven't seen any guides on the HP site or here.

Thanks!

Hi @lecollecteur,

The service manual gives instructions regarding the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure on how to remove the LCD screen. (see p.58 in the manual)

On p.15 of the service manual, you'll find the 4 types of LCD screens used for the different variants of this model. To be absolutely sure that you have the correct one for your laptop, the part number will be stamped on the back of your LCD screen. You'll have to dis-assemble the laptop to remove the screen to find out of course.

Once you are satisfied that you have the correct part number, search online using just the part number only, to find suppliers of the part that suit you best.
