Repairing iPhones requires specialized tools, such as Pentalobe and Tri-wing drivers. You won't find these screwdrivers in everyday hardware stores. You may find them in electronics/surplus stores but they will generally be low-quality.
The tool shop here at iFixit offers good quality tools at affordable prices.
