My keyboard and mouse suddenly work differently

When I first turn on the tablet most buttons in both keyboard and touchpads is not correct. But when i logout to that account and transfer to another, everything will be normal for a couple of minutes and everything will be trash again.

I tried to reset pc, but even after that nothing happened still the same. I ran malwarebytes after the reset but it found nothing.

I really do not want to reset with complete wipeout of data. Please help me find a solution to my problem. This is my laptop for my schoolworks
