Switches on and off automatically

I have another problem with the same Samsung 2333HD LCD Monitor, the 3.3v output is measuring zero

The 16v and 5.1v are OK.

All capacitors are good.

What should I check?

Thanks in advance

Update (12/16/2017)

@oldturkey03 Thank you very much for reply.

Excuse me, I'm not professional in electronics.

I measured the output from pin 9 in the following board and it gives 0.7v. it should gives 3.3v.

Please notice the red arrow point to pin 9.

@malhabibi do you have the 5V going to IC601?

@malhabibi first of all, check for any capacitors that are puffed up or leaking. Make sure that all your cables are properly connected. Next follow the Samsung trouble shooting for no power flowsheet:"

Check the various cable connections first.

- Check to see if there is a burnt or damaged cable.

- Check to see if there is a disconnected cable connection or a connection is too loose.

- Check to see if the cables are connected according to the connection diagram.

Check the power input to the Main Board.

Check the following circuits.

• No raster appears: Function PBA, Main PBA, I/P PBA

• 55V develop but no screen: Main PBA

• 5V does not develop: I/P PBA

Check the voltage in and out between the IP↔ Main Board, between the IP↔ Panel, and between the Main LVDS Boards."

Next you do want to take a look at the transformer on the inverter circuit as well as the caps on that. the other possibility is an overheating MOSFET.

@oldturkey03 I checked all the points in your comments and they are OK, except the 3.3v output from the power board.

Please show me where is the MOSFET for 3.3v on the power board

Thanks

Do you have the 5 Volt going to IC601? You need to make sure of that first. If you do not have the 5V going there than you will also not get the 3.3V

by

Where is IC601? would you please help me locate this IC.

Is it on Power Board or the Main PBA ?

by

@malhabibi it should be on the main PBA. Post some good images of that so we can try and locate it on your board.
