Doing tires is the same for all cars.

Take the car to a shop, have them lift the car, remove wheels, remove tires, and then put new ones on.

Or lift the car yourself, remove all 4 wheels and take the wheels to a tire shop and have them remove the tires and put new ones on.

It can be done at home, but it is very difficult and could take a very long time depending on how the tires are.

Sorry, i wasnt sure because you didnt say anything about it. But im not sure how much space you have around the lugs, but there is this tool called a Go2Socket (https://www.amazon.com/Socket-Adjustable...) that is used to remove stripped and damaged nuts and bolts. Its 19.99 and if it doesnt work, you still have it for other things in the future. If not, you could try taking it to a shop that knows how to remove things like that. You could also try hitting a socket one size smaller on the lug to see if it will grip and remove it. Try using a smaller socket first, and if it doesnt work, then either go to someone or use the Go2.

My apologies, My full problem is not just changing the tires ( I'm not completely inept lol) the last shop I took it to stripped the bolts... I've tried freezing and heating them but I cannot get them off for the life of me. Any ideas?
