Touch ID failure after WIFI Antenna Flex Cable Replacement

I replaced the flex cable for the WIFI antenna and that solved my weak WIFI and Bluetooth problem, thank you. But now touch ID fails. I reconnected all the cables and everything is working except touch ID. Is this a security issue with a new flex cable, or is there another solution to this?

I reattached the cables, reset the phone to factory settings, still no Touch ID. I don’t believe I damaged the connectors or cables so don’t understand the failure. The home button and everything else is fine. Any other ideas out there?

In my honest opinion, try checking again if you did it correctly, restart the phone few times.

I don't think a cable for WiFi has anything to do with Touch ID unless it's blocking some cable/chip related to the Touch ID, so that's probably not the problem.

What I personally do in these cases is go to a repair store and ask them if they can quickly check if there isn't any problem with my buttons AND with the chip that makes the home button work
