after screen replacement the home button of my iphone 7 is not working well,
can a low quality lcd make that issue ?
the touch id works fine, but some times the home button clicks a lot of times and some times it doesnt click at all

Yep, a bad replacement LCD can cause this issue as it has the cable that plugs for the home button.

Depends on if the home button is physically damaged or not.
If the home button cable looks fine then another screen that is of better quality should do the trick.
