You tube has stopped

I was getting a you tube alert, I ended up uninstalling you tube, now I can not do anything on my tablet. I get an pop up saying that unfortunatly, you tube has stopped. I click on OK and it pops up again. How do I get past this pop up it will not go away? Do I need to reset to mfg settings?
