it is still heating up and it starts to burn

hello, I just replaced the 470 resistance marked in red circle in the photo, but nothing has changed, it is still heating up and it starts to burn getting brown in the center. My 820 4924 A board does not turn on, nor do I see green or orange light when I connect the charger. Resistance 470 heats up a lot. Someone to guide me?

Update (12/10/2017)

Hi, I'm still with the problem. Resistance 470 is R7020 of plate 820 4924 A, replace it and burn again. Lift R7020 and pin 2 is shorted to GND. Inject 8,5v into pin 2 of R7020 to see that it was heating up and U7090 became warm, replace it and it remains the same. Lift components around U7090, PP3V42_G3H is short. At this point I do not know what to do, someone to help me?
