My proscan tablet was messing up after I dowloaded a lot of games

my proscan tablet keeps saying it needs a decrypt password. I don't remember setting a password for this tablet. what should I do?

I don't want to have to waste my money on something I could've done myself. Right now I'm doing research on how to fix it.

Likely, one or more are working in the background. Go to settings then battery and you should see what apps are used the most. Alternatively you can download many apps that help alert you to unnecessary background running.
