Doing a LCD and glass replacement on iPad 2

I was doing a iPad 2 LCD and glass replacement when the glass was sticking super strong...in the process of removing the glass it tore something near the home button I will attach a pic. It just tore where the bolts had it screwed down. Is this still good or will it need replaced? Can I just put some adhesive behind it and stick it back down?

That Wi-Fi antenna physically looks good from the photo but you should also check a bit more of the cable under the LCD, if it looks okay, it's okay but you can check when you test install the new digitizer the Wi-Fi reception if it's weak or not.
