Need to reset login password, new laptop no disks purchased in 2017
Hi sent my friend a new laptop of course I wanted to turn it on before sending it and I did the stupid thing of answer the questions the computer asks when you turn it on and now I cannot remember the password and this is very embarrassing because my friend can’t use the computer because I don’t remember the password
