No backlight no display

Hi,

I replaced a screen on an SE, and not the phone does not display anything. Backlight stays off, and shining a light on it reveals nothing. The phone does turn on and it does vibrate when you switch the silencer.

Tried disconnecting the battery and holding the power button, no dice. Tried multiple screens that work, again no results. This sounds like a board issue. What do you think it could be? Backlight coil? Fuse? Some other chip?

Thank you

Are you using original 5s screen, aftermarket 5s screen or original SE screen / aftermarket SE screen?

AFAIK, some aftermarket 5s screens will work fine, original and aftermarket SE screens on the iPhone SE.

I'm using refurbished 5s screens from original 5s screens. Havent had a problem with them. With aftermarket it was hit or miss. Screens arent the issue, but thanks for your input
