Blu Life One X2 Update Problem

Did the factory wipe and Google has me locked out now because of a problem with password. Tried resetting password and continue to receive a message stating that a reset has been done, try again in 24 hrs.

Ask him directly how you will be compensated since supports says they are not compensting anyone at all for their negligence.
