Pop up question keeps popping up VzwApiService
We'll I just got this phone from my mom and it has this popage up saying" unfortunately, VzwApiService has stopped."
I don't know what to do

Download the verizon sofware assistant.

Connect the phone to the computer, and update it to the latest security patches.
If you still get the error go to Recover Mode, and Wipe Cache.
• Take your phone and press power button and select “power off”, or press and hold power key for a few seconds – complete a full shut down sequence.
• Then, press and hold – at the same time – the Power, Volume Up and Home buttons for a few seconds.
• The recovery mode will be soon displayed; release the buttons.
• In recovery mode use volume up and down buttons to scroll up and down and power key to select.
