One of the screws is not coming out
One of the screws is stuck and I can't seem to get it out I need help

i use a Dremmel tool to remove stripped screws. i cut a slot into the screw, and use a slot screwdriver to remove it.
most repair shops have this tool, and can do the procedure for a small benching fee
