WiFi Connection Issues that needs urgent solution

Why do I have issues staying on a WiFi network? My phone is connected and then like a few minutes later its disconnected and this cycle continues with every WiFi network am connected with.

It doesn't connect to WiFi when it connects it disconnected after that l opened the back and one of small wire at the top I'd missing
