Samsung UN32H5203 LED HAS NO PICTURE AND NO MENU WITH FLASHLIGHT OR SOUND.

POWER BOARD TERMINALS TO LOGIC BOARD ARE AT 26 VOLTS AND THE BOARD SAYS THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE 13 VOLTS.

CAN YOU SUGGEST HOW TO FIX POWER BOARD?

I DONT WANT TO REPLACE BOTH BOARDS. nOT WORTH IT.
