everytime I try to open anything on my visualland tablet879

I factory reset my tablet because I cant open well I can open things but I keep getting "network error" on everything I try to open, over Wi-Fi or otherwise. ... emails, anything & it sucks! lol... also, I don't have a google play store anymore in apps, or widget. Oh and, sound don't work unless Im using head phones. weird.....I cant get on line with google or even the "net" that's on the tablet and its driving me crazy! Everything says "NETWORK ERROR" thanks for any reply and help!! SINCERLY, KRISTYNE
