Can the dual led flash work without the camera module?

hi, i like to remove the rear camera on my iphone 6S but i like to keep the touchlight function. is there any ways to keep the flash working after removing the camera?

No. The flashlight will not be able to be switched on if the rear camera is not detected properly.
