iPhone 6s Ghost Phantom Touches after Refurb

Recently repaired an iPhone 6s with damaged LCD and bent chassis housing.

Replaced both and it’s now back with Phantom/ghost touching, slow glitches.

I am wondering seeing as the Touch ic On he 6s is attached to the rear of the screen is that where my trouble lies or could it be anything to do with the replacement housing?

All screws and brackets are properly in place it’s just odd as my replacement lcds on the 6s have never really had much trouble.

Thanks

Update (11/22/2017)

UPDATE: A new screen doesn't solve issue and the screen I took off seems fine on another device. Now this may seem strange its also quite slow and sluggish at times and ive noticed this is all fine if the device is on the charger?

Any ideas guys?

SOLVED:

The new housing want the greatest fit and was putting too much pressure on the lcd which in turn was causing all sorts of touch issues.

Seems to be working fine in a different original Housing.

Certainly try another screen. But with a bent housing, the logic board may have been damaged as well. It could look fine but some copper traces or soldered connections could be damaged. Because the Touch related IC's are on the screen, the damage could be in the digitizer connector area.
