Why won t IT download?

I tried everything.The tablet probly has a viruse.I let my brother (4 yrs) use it then i tried to download spotify alarm and troubleshoot comes up.

My Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0 won’t connect to wifi. It sees the router and tries. I get the progress wheel, but it fails to connect. The only way I can get music on it is to download to Windows Media Player on my computer and sync my device to the media player. Any ideas on why it will not connect to WiFi?
