Phone is dead and won’t turn back on/charge

I replaced the battery and charging dock connector with parts from your website. For two weeks the phone was good as new...until today. I had 15% battery left one minute. Then the next my phone was dead and wouldn’t not turn back on or charge. What is going on with my phone? Please help

@bcsmooth54 If you have already changed the Charging port and the battery, the most obvious defect would be the Tristar (U2) Charging/USB IC Chip mainly due to using Non OEM Chargers (Cheaper knock off chargers) or auto charging. Or you have a defective charging port or battery

What was wrong with the previous battery?

The replacement battery sounds faulty as it should not just suddenly shut off at 15%.

Maybe it is charger issues. Is your device sold as brand new? Try to change the charger of your device.

Try replacing the battery with new one, see if it then charges if not then it's your charging port, but even if it's the charging port sounds like the battery also has issues with kicking off with 15% , So I would order replacements and reinstall, then send back the others as defective products.

I use a usb Voltage current detector/ Battery capacity tester to see if batteries are charging before i fully close up a phone.

1/ this helps to verify that a battery is charging.

2/ If battery isn't charging you can narrow the search down for the culprit.

Battery or charge port.

Oh one other thing to mention is that in 70% of cases I've had of people saying their battery/charge port is defective is that the charge port needs cleaning.
