Why does my television turn off?

I recently bought a hisense 4K smart tv. I’ve had it for about a month already last week i was on Netflix and then the screen showed static and turned off. After about 5 seconds it turned on again and everything was normal. It has happened again and Idk what to do. Please help!!

There should be a reset button inside of a small hole that a paper clip would fit into, hold button for 15-20 seconds and this should reset the tv for you and resolve the issue
