After rear case change sim card gets stuck

Hi

After changing the rear case on a iPhone 6, the sim card holder on the logic board is very slightly out of alinement. The means that the tray ejects fine, but when it has a sim card, the sim card catches very slightly on the top of the sim card holder and does not eject. If I open the phone and apply a very slight pressure to the top of sim card holder it ejects fine. How can I fix this, without starting to bend something.

Thanks Simon

It sounds like your replacement housing does not meet specifications. That's not entirely surprising as some of these replacement parts can be low quality. Depending on where you bought it, you could look into a replacement or refund.

Otherwise, you could try to loosen the screws holding the logic board to see if you can get a better alignment before tightening them down.

Agree with Minho some replacement housings are cheaply made in China and do not meet the specifications so I'd say that's why you have that issue. If it's not that offline then I'm sure you will be able to get the sim in with a bit of fiddling.
