How to rewire fuel injector connector

my fuel injector connector on a jetta a4 mk4 broke and need to replace connecor, how do I remove the wire terminal from the connector to insert into new connector..

See this thread for reference pictures. Very likely once you pull the locking tab forward you'll insert a tool into the small hole above the pin to release the detent.

It would be best to replace the wiring harness for the injectors you can get a cheap one at your local auto wreckers

I'm not familiar with that specific connector but its likely it will be the same style as the ones in this video:

You might inspect the old, busted, connector to get an idea of how it releases. Some different connectors have the wire come out the front of the connector.

I've seen people use hair pins and skinny screwdrivers to get the 'primary locks' released.
