Sound hub pro at1028

I know this isn't the device I'm trying to get help but.

I need help with my atomi sound hub pro my speaker won't work it just keep going to a solid blue light for a couple of few seconds and turns off and it keeps repeating every time I turn it on

The 5w mighty dwarf isn't the device I'm looking for but the sound hub yes I did

Yes it has a charging ports yes and they do charge yes
