manual? try pushing the clutch in all the way lol, check your fluid, check for possible overheating via grinding during shifting, or clogs in the trans cooler lines.
Automatic: THERE IS A RECALL FOR THIS, IF THAT CABLE BREAKS YOU CANNOT CONTROL THE TRANSMISSION
