Transfer data from SSD to new Mac (old Mac broken)

About a month ago I spilled a glass of milk on my Macbook pro (from the end of 2013).

So i went down to the local repair shop, and he told me that my computer could not be made again because of all the damage. But my intern ssd survived. Now I have purchased a new macbook pro (macbook pro touch bar 13) and I want to transfer my data from my old sdd into my new Mac. are there any ways I can do that(The repair guy told me to find someone with the same MacBook Pro from 2013, but I can't find anyone).

Hope you can help me

You'll need a special case to hold your SSD like this one: OWC Envoy Pro - Portable, Bus-Powered USB 3.0 Enclosure For Apple Flash SSDs (June 2013-Current Mac Models). Then you can use Migration Assistant app to move everything over.
