MacBook Pro OS Sierra shut down automatically during the startup.

I have shut down my macbook using power button to enter into Recovery mode.

Now I'm stuck. I can only open in Recovery mode using cmd +R.

I tried first aid from disk utility and it says error.

I also tried reinstalling but it's say again error.

So whenever I on my computer it loads apple logo and loads for 1 min showing progress bar and shut down automatically.

Hold on!

What's happening is a firmware update. Let the system do its thing without interrupting it. It will go through a few restarts depending on how old the firmware is on your system.
