How to unlock without password?

I'm unable to unlock my Kocaso tablet, please help!! :) I've searched all over and am unable to get the necessary information to get it unlocked. I do not see a serial number on the device.

hi,

I assume you own this tablet, did you change the password? or did you forget it? is your USB debug turned on?
