Callers dont hear me well even with new mic

Hello, callers hear me very bad, already change dock with new mic, factory reset too and still the same... Does anyone has any idea of what might be the problem ?

Check the microphone filter right next to the headphone jack.

Most likely blocked from debris and or dust.

I use tweezers or any similar fine tool to clean it from the outside and a brush to clean loose dust from it.

i checked like you said and its the same, do you think it's possible that the dock connector with mic that i put in was defected? thank you for the help
