I guess it's because of the pdf file, it might be secured. You can try to use a platform for editing pdf documents like https://pdfliner.com/ to edit it and save it again, and maybe it will work. I've never used a pdf unlocker tool before, so I don't know much about that, but you can try to use one if you can find them for free online. Another way would be to save it in another format, like jpg, and save it as a picture, but if you have many pages, this will take a while, so consider pdf liner as a quicker option.

Sometimes the PDF reader may cause issues when trying to print. Try using another PDF reader or updating your current one.
Adobe Acrobat Reader: If you're using a different PDF viewer, download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe's official website.
Try other PDF viewers: You can try other free PDF viewers like Foxit Reader or SwifDoo PDF to see if the issue persists.
If the PDF file still won't print, convert it to an image (like JPG or PNG) and try printing the image.
