Do I need a new logic board or is the screen I got broken

I had a broken screen so I replaced it and it worked fine but I realized I forgot the shield that covers the ribbon cables so I opened it back up and reached for my screwdriver and knocked the phone off my work bench and the ribbon cables tore so I ordered a new screen and installed it now the screen won't turn on but my computer detects it as on (not in recovery mode) but I tried calling it and it won't ring or vibrate. I tried rebooting it but this didn't help. Did I &&^& up my logic board or do I just have to get the screen replaced.
