Tablet not powering on via AC or USB

Hi,

I've got a Ployer Mo01W tablet that wont charge either by micro USB or the AC.

I've added links of two images that to me look like it may have had some liquid damage of some kind. The person i'm looking at it for doesn't believe its had any liquid around it.
