TV takes hours to turn on and show a picture

My TV takes so long to turn on, it has two LED lights, one Red (Standby) the other blue (on). When switched on at the main source plug, it takes hours to power the TV with the remote or functions on the TV to turn to the blue LED. Then when that happens, it takes another 5-7 hours to show a picture on the screen.

I thought it was the power supply, so i purchased a new one of the exact model, but this didn't resolve my issue.

It has now became to the point where I have to leave the TV on over night all the time to see anything on it, or risk turning it off and waiting a full day for anything to show up again.

Does anyone have any idea what may solve this? The TV technicians had no answer for me.

@chris_h1 this behaviour can be caused by bad caps. Since you already replaced the power board you will have to check all of your other boards. Let us know what make and exact model of TV you have. The you want to post some really good pictures of your boards with your question. This will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that I would pay attention to the main board as well as the T-con board if it is an LED TV.

Thanks @oldturkey03 for the reply. I will get the pictures put up as soon as possible. For what I remember earlier, I couldn't see any faults in any capacitors of either boards. All were still flush and not busted. The model is Bush 39/40UHD. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bush-Inch-Ultra...

@mbati so your TV is the same model and you already replaced the power board as well? It still takes a long time to turn on? what have you checked?
