Wow you still have one of these running!

Often the GPU's fail and thats the end of the system. Even if you've done a good job maintaining the system dusting it out and refreshing the thermal paste over time other parts just wear-out.

Your system has two fans are both running slow? If that is the case SMC is not seeing the temps clearly so one or more thermal sensors are failing. The other possibility is both fans (a very rare occurrence) bearings are just worn-out which is why they are going slow.

I would recommend you get an older copy of TG Pro - Temperature Gauge as you still have the older OS-X on your system. It will allow you to see the sensors and what the fans are doing.

thanks

i already opened up the macbook replaced the thermal paste und cleaned it, im also checking the thermal resistor with an ohm meter, thats shows when i heated the sensors with my thunb up a difrence value...

the TG Pro shows a themerature around 40-50 degrees C by the sensors (they are in place) but the cpu is around 70°C
