My Xbox is Turning itself on

My Xbox keeps turning on by itself when the power plug is on and the disc tray opens by itself all the time

Either the Xbox internal power supply is malfunctioning or it’s as simple as a bad connection to the buttons.

Has this Xbox been serviced or taken apart before?
