Cannot access diagnosing your pc, stuck at black screen.

My laptop went thru preparing automatic repair and then stuck at the black screen. No diagnosing your pc's step. Any suggestions on what should i do?

Did you shut the system down and try to restart? Do you hear any fan's?

Remove the battery. Leave it out. Start the laptop with just the power pack. Sometime this works. Once laptop finished its repair. Shut down the laptop at the power point, attach battery, turn on the power point and start laptop as normal.
