How to enable caller id setting

Hi,

Do you mean that you want your number to be sent forward when you make an outgoing call ?

Not sure of your phone as there is not much information available online but check if the following setting is set to show or use network default or something that enables the setting.

Open the Phone app then tap Settings (3 vertical dots at top of screen?) > Voice call > Advanced (or additional settings or something similar) > Caller ID > select option that enables it.

If you mean that you are not receiving the number when people call you then it is either that they have chosen not to send their number forward when they call you or if it is not showing a number on every incoming call there is a problem with your mobile phone service provider and you will have to contact them about it.
