Why my Epson DFX-9000 prints very large text on my forms?

I have successfully installed Epson DFX-9000 Printer on Win7 machine, printing directly from our SAP system. Recently, after a PC user profile change, the printer starts printing large text. Large text printout is about 300% larger than the expected font size. I have tried reinstalling drivers but still not resolved. I have also tried installing it on Win10 but same thing happened. I have tried installing other printer (Epson LQ-2190) and it was printing perfectly fine. Am I missing something here? This is so frustrating.

Hi @roysem ,

Try a reset by pressing both the Font and Pitch buttons at the same time.

This should restore the printer to its' default settings.
