Hi,

Do you know anyone who owns a Win 10 computer?

You can create a Win 10 recovery USB from any Win 10 PC. (Go to Control Panel > Recovery > Create a recovery USB drive) Type Control Panel in search box on desktop to find Control panel app in PC

It takes about 40 minutes and needs a 8GB USB flash drive

Change the boot order in your laptop to USB 1st in BIOS (you may have to enable Legacy boot or CSM (depensds on your BIOS what is there) for it to install from USB
