I have tried to hold the power button and the volume up button, l have no light when charging,lt kinda feels like the power button may be stuck,how do I take apart to see?ls thier a video that shows how to do it?

Do you have a mobile phone charger with a micro USB plug on it?

This will also charge the battery, it will take longer than your wall charger though.

Have you tried pressing the reset button found on the back of the tablet?
Use a paperclip to press and hold the Reset button operated for a few seconds and then see if you can start it.

Hi,
Have you tried connecting it to a PC's USB port with the appropriate USB cable? (i.e micro USB (tablet) to standard USB (PC)
You can also charge the battery this way, via the USB port instead of the charge port.
If it starts to charge then there is either a problem with the charger or the charge port in the tablet .
Allow the battery to charge a bit before attempting to turn it on.
