touch screen and slow to charge

Hey guys, I recently purchased a refurbished Iphone6 at a resale shop. I've used this place once before and they were awesome. I bought another one a week ago and Im having issues.

Issue 1: throughout the day my phone works but at random moments the touch screen clicks on things im not click and/or wont allow me to click at all. sometimes its difficult to even reply to a text, call, or used any app when its acting like this. the screen is not cracked. after shutting off and 20+ minutes go by, it usually goes back to normal, but not for long. quite frustrating.

Issue 2: It takes FOREVER for my phone to charge. Longer than normal. When its charged it seems to be holding it correctly, but possibly dying quicker than normal. I honestly havent noticed too much. Main issue its the time frame it takes to actually get my phone to charge. HELP. I dont know what to do.

Get another phone? Replace something?

Thanks in advance.

@simon4 sounds like #1 is possibly related to a display panel/digitizer replacment with aftermarket parts. A new high quality replacement should fix that.

#2 could be related to a bad/aging battery (i'd start with that) or a lightning connector assembly issue. Replace the battery first, then the port. I'd check with experts like @refectio to see what he thinks about this.

Issue 1 is bad screen.

Issue 2 can be caused by multiple things. Bad charger port, bad battery or bad charging ic chip.

Maybe backing up your phone via iTunes then restoring it may help with charging and battery drain issue.
