Hard to touch on bottom display area of screen

Hi mate. After I replace the lcd, the bottom area of screen are hard to touch, not sensitive. Before I assemble with metal plate lcd, all area can be touch smoothly including the bottom part. But after I assemble all parts like home button, home button bracket, metal plate & so on, the bottom part of screen are not sensitive. Any solutions for this problem? Thanks a lot

I would take a closer look at the connector area of the logic board to see if there isn't any damage to the connectors or any debris which could be causing issues. I would also inspect the screw standoffs (where you put the screw) to see if there is any damage to the logic board (search Long Screw Damage). Try again without the bracket to see if it still works properly.

If none of that helps, try a different screen, the one you have now may have a damaged flex that only shows symptoms under stress.

Hi sir. I already tried with 3 unit lcd but it got same problem.. All lcd are ok before assamble. Is it will got any problem if the screw for home button too tight?

You never want the screws to be "too tight" as that makes the logic board susceptible to Long Screw Damage. The LCD Bracket screws need to be just tight enough.

I would make sure the flex cable is not getting pinched when you close up the screen. It should be tucked under the side of the frame a bit, so that it doesn't get caught in between the screen and frame.
