What is the proper way to test a back plane circuit board?

Happy Monday! My name is Dustin Martin. I am the general manager at Eloopllc.com. We are an electronics certified recycler. I'm looking for a guide on how to test back plane circuit boards. Also is there a fast way to check multiple Ethernet ports rather than testing one at a time? Would love to hear from you and learn more.
